Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BusyCrew's missed call recovery and booking services. By purchasing or using the service you agree to them. Questions: hello@busycrew.com.

1. The service

BusyCrew installs and operates an automated system that responds to missed calls to your business line by text message, converses with callers, and books appointments into your calendar. Optional services include AI voice answering and database reactivation campaigns. We configure, test, and operate the system for you.

2. Billing

  • Monthly plan: $397 per month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
  • Quarterly plan: $949 per quarter, billed quarterly, with a 21 day money back guarantee from first activation. After day 21, quarterly payments are not refundable. You can cancel future renewals anytime.
  • Setup: $295 one time, due at signup.
  • Usage based services (for example reactivation campaigns billed per showed appointment) are billed as described in their own order form.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information and keep call forwarding configured as instructed.
  • Text messaging requires carrier registration (A2P 10DLC). You authorize us to file that registration on your behalf using information you provide, and you confirm that information is accurate.
  • For reactivation campaigns, you certify that any contact list you provide consists of your own first party contacts (people who contacted your business or did business with you directly), that you have the right to contact them, and that the list contains no purchased, rented, scraped, or shared contacts. You are responsible for the provenance of your lists and agree to indemnify BusyCrew against claims arising from lists you provide.
  • Respond honestly to appointment outcome confirmations. We may audit reported outcomes as described in your order form.

4. Our responsibilities

  • We operate the service in accordance with applicable messaging laws and carrier requirements, including honoring opt outs immediately and restricting campaign messages to permitted hours.
  • Your business data and your customers' data stay in your account. We do not sell it, share it across clients, or use it for any purpose other than operating your service. See the Privacy Policy.
  • We report performance to you weekly, in dollars, and do not hide the numbers.

5. Disclaimers and limits

We do not guarantee specific revenue, booking volumes, response rates, or carrier approval timelines. Except for the quarterly plan's 21 day money back guarantee, fees are not refundable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusyCrew's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate per the billing terms above. We may suspend or terminate service immediately for unlawful use, including sending to purchased lists or misrepresenting consent. On termination we disable forwarding and, on request, delete your data.

7. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. If any provision is unenforceable the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to the account email.
