These terms cover text messages sent by home services businesses using the BusyCrew platform.
When you call a participating business and the call is not answered, you may receive a text message from that business to help with scheduling, questions, and appointment reminders. If you provided your number to a business as a customer or lead, you may also receive occasional service messages from that business.
Message frequency varies by conversation. Appointment holders typically receive a confirmation and up to two reminders per appointment.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from that business. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@busycrew.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For support, contact the business that serves you or hello@busycrew.com.
