BusyCrew provides missed call recovery and booking services to home services businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Contact: hello@busycrew.com.

What we collect

• Business account data: your business name, contact details, hours, service area, billing information, and the configuration details needed to run your service.
• Communications data: calls forwarded to your BusyCrew number, text conversations between your business number and your customers, and appointment records. This data is processed on your behalf to operate your service.
• Contact lists you provide for reactivation campaigns, which you certify are your own first party contacts.
• Website usage: basic analytics on busycrew.com (no sale of personal information).

How we use it

• To operate your service: responding to missed calls, booking appointments, sending reminders, and reporting results to you.
• To register your business for carrier text messaging compliance (A2P 10DLC) using the business details you provide.
• We do not sell personal information. We do not share one client's data with another. We do not use your customers' data to market anything other than your own services.

Text messaging

Messages sent through BusyCrew identify the business, include opt out instructions, and honor STOP immediately. See SMS Terms. Consumer opt outs are permanent and synced to suppression lists.

Storage, retention, deletion

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers in the United States. We retain data while your account is active. On account closure or on request, we delete business data and contact lists, except records we must keep for legal or billing purposes.

Your choices

Consumers: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or contact the business that serves you. Clients: contact hello@busycrew.com for access, correction, or deletion requests.
